definitely desktop ... laptops are ok ... but in my view they are just gadgets ... but hey ... i do 3d renders on my computer ... so i need the extra power that a desktop offers . i could never work on a laptop ... i keep my laptop just for fun basically and sometimes for chat ... or maybe just see a movie ... but 4 out of 5 times i use my desktop over my laptop .

We have a combination of laptops and desktops for work and personal use. Each has it's positives and negatives. I prefer a desktop but whilst workign away from home the laptop comes into its own.
